ROME WAS NOT BUILT IN A DAY

It takes work and love to get this OLD and I couldn’t have done it without the building blocks from all of my LOVED ONES.

• I lost 22 lbs (woot woot).  No, I did not do crack or starved myself.  Hit me up for details, no worries…I work in the nutrition industry remember? (I lost weight the healthiest way that worked for me)
