So I’ve been biking to Venice Beach, with Heffies in tow, every Sunday for the past 3 weeks to simply catch the sunset. However, today was Tuesday and at 4pm I noticed the Grey has stripped from the sky and finally the Sun has come out to play again!!! So one spontaneous and much needed decision was made, a joy ride and run to Venice Beach for another Simple Human Day (without the Heffies).
Departed: 5:06pm
Arrived: 5:24pm
18 minutes for a 4.6 miles ride???? I wish I could run as fast as I ride. Once a upon a time my 2 miles were clocked in at 13ish minutes (military days)

One of the many things I love about California Beaches are…
- The Vendors and the pedestrian traffic. Might be a bit of a mess and a bit too close to the ocean but, this is LA and I like it.
- The Arts
- The Bums
- The Ghetto Seagulls
- People Watch. Well…HELLLLLO CUTENESS
- And lastly, The Beach
Nothing beats the beaches in Hawaii but again, this is LA and I got here by foot. I am blessed.

HAHAHAH JONG, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS!!!!!!!!!! How bonk that you can just prance yourself to none other than…THE BEACH!!!!!!!!!! I would go EVERYDAY!!! Wait but is that like alki? Except it’s warm there right? I love your pics!!! It makes me feel like I was right right there!!! The first one is amazing!!! Perfect after a rough day at work (of fb-ing while madly trying to finish. ha!) The bike pic is cuze hahaha it’s such the cover of a book or sumin like that. You catch the essence of a nice warm sunny afternoon, with the white sand in the background and TUS on yer bike!!! Love it. The vendors and the art show the different aspects of the quan! And hahaha the guh seags and aww the bumps! ha! “hello cuteness” did you say hols for me too? hehehe Ok I’m a geff now. Nice job ello! Oh and I got your text but can’t text back :( Wish we was there tamps!!!!!!!!!

About Hello Cuteness, I was actually taking pictures of the people behind him. Then he stopped right in the middle to take a water break. So, I was standing there pretending that I didn’t see him but actually was zooming in. Then he finally moved and then I took the pic. Perf!
Then, he passed right by me…like soooo close and actually caught him looking into my camera so I quickly zoomed out and moved my camera to a different angle. I shoulda hols instead. hahahaha

awwwwwwwwww i miss living in a sunny warm place! We didn’t make it to the beach enough….but when we did, I LOVED IT.
